I've spent my career on large-scale network engineering, with experience spanning service provider networks, state and local government and education (SLED), financial services, and healthcare.
That work covered far more than migrations — design, troubleshooting, security, and day-to-day operations across large, complex networks. It taught me that the job isn't just knowing how to configure a router — it's understanding a network well enough to change it without breaking what's running on top of it.
